Sample Engagement (Virtual, Hybrid, In-Person):

The most requested engagement is 6 to 9-months with a focus on maximizing leadership effectiveness.  The engagement scope includes the following:    

  • A contracting meeting(s) with the client to review the coaching process and set the initial goals and objectives for the engagement.

  • Alignment meeting with the client’s manager and/or Human Resources to review the process and set the initial goals and objectives.

  • Assessment and feedback: personality and/or 360 data gathering using agreed upon tools and/or stakeholder interviews.

  • Creation of an individual developmental plan with a realistic number of achievable goals and specific actions with measurable results.

  • Alignment meeting to review the development plan to ensure consensus and support. 

  • Implementation coaching to work in support of the development plan.

  • Periodic check-in meetings to solicit feedback and evaluate progress.

  • Wrap-up meeting to evaluate results and determine a plan to sustain progress.
